The Nut Job 2: #NuttyByNature Opens + Win Tickets and Swag!

It's rare in our house that I'm the one taking the kids to the movies. That's usually dad's job.

This time around, I got to surprise the kids with an advance screening of The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature. And, we get to give away a fun prize pack with four tickets to see the movie!

Who doesn't love a movie about the little guy taking on the evil politician and winning!

Surly Squirrel (Will Arnett) and the gang are back. We are once again in Oakton where the evil mayor has decided to bulldoze Liberty Park and build a dangerous amusement park in its place. Surly and his ragtag group of animal friends band together to save their home, defeat the mayor, and take back the park. source

My oldest has been looking forward to this movie since he first saw the previews. I forgot how much he liked the first one.

While they are both animal lovers, he is particularly sensitive to how cruel humans can be to our furry friends. Hearing him cheer as the animals came together to defeat the powers that be was the best part. Well, second only to my daughter jumping up and dancing. Knowing that both kids aren't too grown up to enjoy these sweet, animated comedies makes my heart happy.
