This butcher class is a showdown between the Carolina's versus Texas BBQ! Join as we take you through different BBQ techniques and help you make your own sauce, slaw and rub! Guests will receive a tour of the butcher shop and the class will finish on the patio to sample our meats on our outdoor grill.
