5 Seriously Must See Shows on Amazon Prime

As much as I love my Netflix original shows, I have to say that Amazon Prime is seriously bringing it! There are so many to watch!

You may have noticed that I haven't been writing or Instagram-ing much. It's entirely related to my binge watching shows.

These are just five of the Original programming you could be watching with Amazon Prime (start free trial now).

Good Girls Revolt

Good Girls Revolt

This Amazon original series, inspired by real events, is set in New York in the late 1960s. "Good Girls Revolt" follows Patti Robinson and her fellow female researchers at the fictitious News of the Week as they put forth a request for equal treatment. Their journey to equal rights changes not just their workplace but also their romantic lives and friendships.

If it wasn't for all the sex, I'd let my little one watch it.

Humans

Humans

This sci-fi series explores the blurring lines between humans and must-have gadgets. In a world where having an android (or 'Synth') is a must for all families, we get to look into what it would be like to have them in our home.

Is she Human or Synth? Do they have feelings? Or rights? Oh, the problems this brings to a family just trying to get through the teenage years!

The Man in the High Castle

The Man in the High Castle

Loosely based Philip K. Dick's novel explores what the world would be like if the Allies lost World War II. In this reimagining, United States is divided into three areas, Japanese, a Nazi-controlled area, and a neutral zone.

Even under the oppression, there is hope. One woman is given the chance to make the future right. Her journey will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Mozart in the Jungle

Mozart in the Jungle

I've only watched the first several episodes, but I'm hooked. On a side note, two episodes are roughly what I spend on the elliptical these days.

Gorgeous, young Rodrigo takes over for Maestro Thomas with the New York Symphony. Along the way we meet a female oboist turned assistant, the sexy cellist, the gorgeous Berneadet Peters as the orchestra's chairwoman, and a symphony of unusual characters.

Sex, drugs, and music all in the big apple makes for fun storytelling.

Just Add Magic

Just Add Magic

I know, this is a kids show, but it reminds me of Encyclopedia Brown, but so much better because it's girls with a magic cookbook.

Also, my little girl loves it and I could not stop watching it.

Your turn - what's your favorite show to binge watch?
