Last night, the hubs and I were guests of ProFlowers to see Mother's Day movie at Crocker Park Cinema.
It's a sweet movie revolving around moms played by Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, and Julia Roberts along with Jason Sudeikis, the week leading up to Mother's Day. I laughed, I cried, and this movie made me miss my mom. This would certainly be a movie that we would have enjoyed together.
I saw a lot of moms I know in the movie. My friend who's husband remarried and how she handled it with such poise publicly. I saw glimpses into what it is like to be a single mom dating. And, I saw my mom and I. Oh, how she hated that I did not end up with a nice Catholic boy. She came around and I swear, she loved him more than me. I kid. Not really.
Besides sending us to the movies, ProFlowers sent this pretty bouquet that was also featured in the movie.
