Northeast Ohio Family Friendly Events July 9 - 15

Northeast Ohio Family Friendly Events in #CLE + suburbs #thisiscle

What a blast!

Fourth of July at Bradstreet Landing

Fireworks and swimming pretty much sum up our weekend!

We kicked it off on Wednesday with the Cleveland Orchestra's Star Spangled Spectacular which was on Mall B this year since Public Square is under construction. I hope they make it a permanent move the grassy area is the perfect place for this event and wish it was used more!

We ended the holiday weekend at our local pool followed by more fireworks! It was an exhausting but rewarding weekend!

Hey! This weekend I'll be pulling a plane for Special Olympics Ohio and I could use your support

Don't forget...! Enter to win tickets to Beyond Rubik's Cube exhibit at the Great Lakes Science Center.

Bucket List - Family Friendly Events in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio

The bucket list calendar is a list of fun things we would like to do in Northeast Ohio if we had unlimited time and money. Some are free, most are not, and be sure to call all events prior to attending, just in case I have some information wrong or it was canceled.

Ohio Renaissance Festival Discounts

Over 150 costumed characters including dueling swordsmen, rowdy pirates, nobles, peasants, and daring jugglers, will welcome you at the Ohio Renaissance Festival on a sprawling, 30-acre re-creation of a 16th century English village in Harveysburg, Ohio.

Visit hundreds of unique shops in the Medieval Marketplace featuring one-of-a-kind hand-crafted items and see first-hand glassblowing, stone carving, blacksmithing, leather tooling, boot making, and more demonstrated.

Taste the foods of the Renaissance period while rubbing elbows with royalty as you cheer your favorite knight to victory in a full armored tournament joust, which is just one of the many shows on 11 stages.

The Ohio Renaissance Festival will also have games of skill, where you can try archery and see if you're a modern-day Robin Hood, or climb the castle tower and rescue the lovely damsel in distress. There will also human-powered rides to amuse all ages.
