How gorgeous was this weekend?!?
With so many fun things going on last weekend it was crazy hard to decided and lucky for us the weather decided to cooperate!
Asian Festival, Hessler Street Fair, so many events to pick and we decided on the North Coast Harbor's block party.
This is by far the city's best kept secret and it was one of the best afternoons we've had all spring.
Our decision to go here over all the other festivals was - that huge hill in between the Rock Hall and the Science Center. Plus it's closer to home.
The oldest (now called Spawn) tried his hand at surfing, hung out with a cartoonist (and the kids got caricature sketches), we played giant Jenga and Bag Toss and a paddle boat race! All for free.
RD made it out on to the water but we had to return her to the dock once she started to freak out being on the water. Spawn and I paddled our way into fourth place! Considering that I did the majority of the paddling, I'm going to say that my healthy changes are working.
The paddle boats were not just for this event! Rock and Dock Marina is currently open for the season. Paddle boats, boards and kayaks are available to rent for $15 for a half-hour $25 for the hour. Worth. Every. Penny.
It was another fantastic weekend in Cleveland!

Bucket List - Events in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio
The bucket list calendar is a list of fun things we would like to do in Northeast Ohio if we had unlimited time and money. Some are free, most are not, and be sure to call all events prior to attending, just in case I have some information wrong or it was canceled.
