Next week my little one, RD, will be in her first big dance performance.
Hair, make-up, new costume, lights, choreography - the whole shabang.
She can't wait.
I'm a nervous wreck.
Hair in a bun, lots of bobby pins and hair spray?
Make-up? Red lipstick?
Did I mention that there is a dress rehearsal!
The pre-ballet class has been preparing for this day for the last two years.
I didn't sign up for that!
This is going to be so cute.
