8 Quotable Quotes from Books I Read (or will read) in 2014

You may be wondering why now? Why would I pick the end of October to write about the best quotes in 2014?

My goal was to read 40 books before I turn 40 this year. And, by 40 books I mean since January of this year, not my whole lifetime. I am currently at 31 and my birthday is three. weeks. away!  I'm not going to make it! I'm reading two books now; don't think I am going to be able to pull off nine more by the ninth of November.

I have been keeping track of my books on goodreads and was surprised how few are from this year.

Most are from last year, a few are books I re-read, and one is a classic I always meant to read. I honestly enjoyed all of these books but anyone can write a book review (and I have many, many times this year) so I am sharing the quotes that moved me to share them.
