What I Learned From Learning Success and a Chance to Win It #sponsored

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Is your child having trouble in school?
The learning success program is a simple do-at-home program that will show you how to find the core problems and overcome them. Learning is made up of basic core skills. There are 16 of them in all. Typical learning difficulties are small weaknesses in a combination of two or three of these skills.

I don't talk about this very often but I have a child who was diagnosed with autism and ADD.  Although he is high functioning, school is a challenge.  Learning to be a better teacher to my child is a new challenge I must face. Patience, persistence, understanding, and consistency are all things I need to master in order to to accomplish helping him in succeed school.

When I saw an opportunity to review Learning Success I thought that this may be an ideal fit with the challenges that I am facing.  This is an email course that sends you lessons to help your child learn as well as helpful ideas focusing on kids with dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and ADD/ADHD.
I found that the emails are informative and had some good tips and tricks in them however even though I knew they would be coming, I completely forgot about them and even deleted some because the name of the sender is the company's spokesperson (or writer I am not completely sure which) and not the company name.

I would also forget about the emails even if I stored them in a special folder or they ended up in my spam so I know I missed weeks.  I, like many, get inundated with emails and I read them at work, on my lunch hour, or on my phone so by the time I was home I had completely forgotten that they were waiting for me and my son to go over.

The sad thing is, I know that the emails would help me with my child, but getting emails is not the best way for me.

The Learning Success blog has a lot of helpful information but more often than not it is not original content but takes you to another blog who had already addressed a situation.  I actually love that they do that - why reinvent the wheel if it has already been shared?  This also introduced me to some wonderful blogs that can help me in the future and address  topics that I was already looking in to at that moment.

I learned that emailed lessons just don't work for me but will probably work for other parents who are more organized.  I also think this would be ideal for homeschooling and for parents who are better with emails versus me who needs to go to a website, login, and not have to save anything or rely on email.

If you think that this is something that would work with you and your kids Learning Success is giving one lucky winner a subscription to their course! The normal price for this course is $564.

The course is delivered via email. You will receive emails each day with exercises you simply print out and do with your child. Takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes 3-5 days per week.  Course comes directly from the website.  Delivery of the course is the sole responsibility of the company.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
