My new favorite way to share recipes...? Facebook, of course! It started with this recipe and I thought I would keep it going.
My colleague bragged she was making stuffed pepper soup one day on Facebook (a recipe that she found from SkinnyTaste.com) and was posting its progress. Lucky for me, Jody loves me and kept her promise to bring me some for lunch, and, of course, her soup is freakin good!
Now, I want to make this soup. I can cook after all, but soup has never been a specialty of mine. I actually hate making soup but I keep trying and this looks easy enough. So, like a true Facebook friend, she posted the recipe for me, well, all of her Facebook friends but, regardless, I know have the recipe and a new blog to follow.
I am very much blog crushing on SkinnyTaste.com. This food blog is mouth wateringly good to look at and not only because of the amazing pictures but also because of the easy to follow (healthy) recipes.
Food porn I say, food porn!
I am so inspired by this blog, I may even start cooking for the family, again.
Well, not that I don't cook, I just tend to make the same things over and over again.
I am a little afraid that my soup won't be as good as her recipe or look as amazing as the photo above, but, I am up for the challenge.
