About a year ago, I joined and received Juno Baby - Way to Go, Juno
from Heard it from a Mom and at the time I did not have a blog so I had no idea what to do with it other then write a review for it on Amazon and buy more.
A few weeks later, they sent me a second DVD of the same video and it has sat on my kitchen counter (so to speak) and I have been waiting for the right opportunity to give it away.
Since I now have a blog and since Jamba Mama's 1st birthday is in two weeks I thought it would be the perfect time to give it away to someone!
Baby girl loves music and baby girl loves the music in this video not to mention her kindergarten brother enjoys watching it with her! Now I know she is a little young to be actually watching TV much less understand what is going on but I can not tell you how much she just loves the music. It is also the only thing that she actually, sort of, pays attention, too. It cracks me up that when I put the DVD on she perked up and knew it was something that she wanted to sit down and take in (at least for a few minutes). It is hard to tell in the video of her but she is fascinated by how her body parts work when music is playing so she is actually watching her fingers move to the music as if they are someone else's fingers.
Dr. Belinda Takahashi is the composer and co-founder of The Juno Company and her music is light, original and refreshing! The tunes are catchy with out being annoying and are performed by an actual orchestra. The puppets are sweet and endearing and they do not grate on my nerves the way other DVDs geared towards baby can do after being played several times.
To recap: I was given this product to try and review with out payment (other then a free DVD to keep and giveaway). I know both my kids enjoy the videos and I am excited to share them with you!
