Product Review & Giveaway: BabyBond Nursing Sash - A love story.

Sponsored by Tomoson.com
Baby Bond Flex Nursing Sash with Removable Burpcloth, Charcoal, Small/MediumHappy Valentine's Day!

There is no greater love then a mother for her child... and if you breastfeed!  No words can convey that wonderful, warm feeling... it is a beautiful thing.  So... what better way to celebrate Valentine's day then with a review of a very cool product and a contest!

My first contest, no less!

BabyBond nursing sash (available online at Amazon and on their website) is a very handy breastfeeding accessory to have in your arsenal.  I am all for nursing in public and am a firm believer that if it was done more it would not be shunned, that said... not a big fan of my mommy muffin hanging out and this is just the thing!

There are three types to choose from depending on your nursing style.  BabyBond Original is worn with shirts that are accessible to nurse from the top and has a built-in burp cloth and matching pouch storage pouch. BabyBond Flex is worn with shirts that are accessible to nurse from the top and has a removable burp cloth and matching pouch storage pouch. BabyBond Couture is adjustable and can be worn with shirts that are accessible to nurse from the top or the bottom. It rolls up into itself to store. In addition, BabyBond is machine washable, 100% cotton and made in USA.

I nurse from under my shirt (to be perfectly frank - until I actually checked out their website.. never occurred to me to nurse from the top of my shirt) so I picked the Couture to try and I am in LOVE.

I love that it looks like just a piece of fabric, but it is not... it has these clever folds that open to revel your breast when baby is nursing from the top of your shirt.  And, I love that it is versatile enough to use for nursing under your shirt - as I do, the fabric wraps around your waist and the end of the fabric slips into a whole.  When you are done...  rolls right up and tucks inside of itself.  So clever!

I did nurse from the top of my shirt with great success!  The first time I put it on and tried it - I did struggle a little with keeping myself covered while arranging my boob but after two tries it was like I was doing it all along.  You simply, lay the fabric over the boob you will be using and pull it out.  Once baby is in position, you open up the folds...  easy, peasy.  You see baby, baby sees you - no one is struggling with excess fabric and everyone is happy.

To recap:  I was given this product to try and review with out payment (other then a free nursing sash).  I really love that I can be covered and not the baby so this is by far the best product for that and it has a very clever design with three options depending on your nursing style.  It is certainly one of those, "I wish I had it months ago" products and would recommend this to every mom who is going to nurse or who all ready  breastfeed.  I can certainly see buying this as a gift for a baby shower.

Finally... I love that I get to give one away!!!  Your choice, worldwide!
